Our fir flooring comes in both 4-inch and 6-inch widths. Douglas fir is harder than most soft woods; thus it is not only very beautiful, but also very durable when used as flooring. Our flooring is dried in our Nyle dry kiln systems to a moisture content of 6-8%. (Although our flooring is dried to an extremely low moisture content, additional care is recommended before installation. Call for details.)
